In the process of engine operation, with the operation of the oil pump, the oil with impurities from the oil filter bottom assembly of the oil inlet into the oil filter, through the check valve to the outside of the filter paper waiting for filtering, under the action of oil pressure, oil continuously through the filter paper into the central pipe, then thempurities in the oil are filtered on filter paper .
High quality oil filter paper is microporous paper filter paper treated by resin. It can filter impurities under severe temperature changes, ensure sufficient flow, have strong filtration ability, small flow resistance, long service life and other properties. When the engine is working, metal debris, dust, high temperature oxidized carbon and gelatinous sediment, water, etc. are constantly mixed with lubricating oil. The function of oil filter is to filter out these mechanical impurities and gum, keep the lubricating oil clean, protect the engine, prolong its service life .
A: Sealing test: assembly under 0.8mpa oil pressure, holding pressure for 5 minutes, oil filter each seal, not allow leakage.
B. Static pressure test of the assembly: the assembly shall be kept under 1.5mpa oil pressure for 5 minutes, and leakage shall not be allowed at each seal of the oil filter, and the product shall not be damaged.
C. Assembly pulse fatigue test: oil seal in 0-0.8mpa oil pressure, 20 times per minute, 15,000 times, assembly seals are not allowed to leak, the product is not damaged.
D. Assembly resistance to high oil temperature test: at 135°C oil temperature, 192 hours, filter element is not allowed to damage, off the cover, filter paper is not allowed to damage.
E. High pressure drop test of filter element: under 0.35mpa oil pressure, filter element is not allowed to be damaged or deformed.
F. Opening pressure of bypass valve: it shall meet the requirements of drawings.
G. Tightness of bypass valve: the actual opening pressure of the bypass valve is reduced by 30Kpa, and the oil leakage does not exceed 0.2L/min.
H. Passability of bypass valve: under rated flow, the pressure of bypass valve is not more than 200Kpa.
I. Check valve opening pressure: shall meet the requirements of the drawings.
J. Check valve sealing: under 600mm oil column, not more than 0.1L for 6 hours.
K. Assembly original resistance: under rated flow, the assembly original resistance is not more than 25Kpa.
L. Assembly original filtration efficiency: not less than 60% (by weight).
M. Assembly plugging life: when resistance is 70Kpa, the plugging life of the laboratory is not less than 3 hours.
N. Assembly internal cleanliness: calculate according to the rated flow of the assembly. When the rated flow is less than 10L/min, the assembly internal cleanliness is 3mg/min. When the rated flow is greater than 10L/min, the assembly internal cleanliness is 2.8mg/min.
